Johnson Equipment Company, the nation’s leading distributor of loading dock, door safety systems and in-plant equipment for over 45 years, has an excellent opportunity for Field Service Technician’s.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians serve as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force.
Experience and Skills:
This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment and overhead doors is preferred.
Selected candidates must:
be able to work independently in a field environment.
possess good customer skills.
have the ability to work outdoors, at heights.
be able to lift up to l00 lbs.
As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and good driving record are required.
